hi! i'm gwen, i am a 24 year-old jazz singer-songwriter and acoustic guitarist. i've been playing music all my life and love to share my passion for song with other people through my solo performances. i play songs from the Great American songbook, jazz standards, bossa nova beats. i also write some of my own indie tunes in the style of the Great American songbook as well. my style is a mixture of Ella-inspired and for fans of Laufey Lin.

i sing with the voices of Sarah Vaughn and Laufey Lin in mind. i like to bring a jazzy and old-fashioned vibe to my performances, a little bit of swing, a little bit of bossa nova style, and i love creating a relaxing, jazzy environment with my music.

i perform in both indoor and outdoor venues (outdoor events as long as it is temperate weather or above). for outdoor events, i prefer a tent for protection.

i have always been inspired by the Great American songbook, i adore the Gershwin standards, Cole Porter classics, and everything sung by Ella Fitzgerald! i write with the voices of Sarah Vaughn and Laufey Lin in mind. i like to add an old-fashioned flavor to my own songs, while also sprinkling in a few more modern influences in the style of Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, and Corrine Bailey Rae.
