I like to have the audience involved as much as possible, crowd work is very important to me. I’m looking for my chance to prove myself as a performer. You can expect songs that are slower and songs that have a little faster pace to them as well. I like to mix the two into a perfect chemistry. I’ve sang over beats and Ive had just me and a guitar. As of now I am a one man band.
Hi, I’m Gus McClay. I’m a songwriter from Delaware county Pennsylvania. I started writing songs when I was just 15 years old singing over premade beats I would buy off the internet. As time went on I taught myself how to play guitar and decided I would rather write my songs to my own tune as I believe that’s a more genuine feel. I started out with country songs that had more of a pop feel to them, now I primarily write Americana and folk songs. I can cover pretty much any song as long as I have the time to memorize it and put my own touches on it.
