Team members will work together to create a complete and polished performance of this song, playing to one another's strengths and delegating responsibilities in order to overcome the inevitable obstacles that come along with this project. The finished product, a professional recording that is truly unique to your team, will be yours to keep.
We brought in Groove-Tech for a team building event and the whole experience was awesome! It was fun, challenging, and so rewarding - the event far exceeded my already high expectations. We are not a company of musicians, but we sounded great together. I can't recommend Groove-Tech enough.

What to Expect
Our "One Team. One Song" program is the quintessential team building experience for any group in business, academia, and beyond. Our high-energy program turns your team into a band and teaches them how to perform a well-known song by playing musical instruments and if you choose, singing in harmony. Team members will work together to create a complete and polished recording of this song, playing to one another's strengths and delegating responsibilities in order to overcome the inevitable obstacles that come along with this project. The finished product, a professional audio recording that is truly unique to your team, will be yours to keep.
Let's face it. Most of the people on your team aren't musicians. They're engineers, salespeople, students, educators, administrators, researchers, analysts, doctors, managers, etc. Whatever your team's specialty, we at Groove-Tech have a simple motto:
"If you can talk, you can sing. If you have a heartbeat, you have rhythm."
Groove-Tech clients are consistently amazed at the high quality music they can make together as a team. We regularly coach our participants -- even the self-proclaimed "non-musical" ones -- into achieving successes they did not know were in them. Your team may not be made up of professional musicians, but they are professionals, and when a problem comes their way, especially one that might be slightly out of their comfort zones, you want your team to be prepared to solve it.
How does it work? We start with activities that reinforce basic but crucial concepts in music and in the workplace: open communication and active listening. From there we introduce simple rhythms and simple melodies. Every step of our "One Team. One Song." program builds incrementally and logically. Before long, your team will be grooving in rhythm and singing in harmony!
"Groove-Tech modeled what we want our leaders to do when leading a team to arrive at a place they've never been before and overcome doubts, resource limitations and personal fears and skill limits."
- Michele Bolton, Principal, ExecutivEdge
