We hired the hummus xpress food truck
For a daughter rehearsal dinner. We had made an appointment for a tasting with chef Eddie at his Tempe location restaurant and were amazed by the flavor of the food. The staff arrived an hour before the event and took care of the lines efficiently. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was cooked to order and came out fresh. Everyone loved it.

Hummus xpress restaurant and food truck planted itself in Tempe, Arizona, in 2012.
Our food trucks serve Greek Mediterranean food and faires from small appetizers to rice protein bowls, paleo bowls, to kabobs and Pita sandwiches with thrive on delivering a unique bite to the valley! We use local, sustainable ingredients in our from-scratch style cooking.
