Amazing brass band!!! They performed at our tailgate in the pouring rain. Everyone in attendance loved it. Highly recommend this band for any event!!!

November 7, 2022The Highlight of our Two-Day Event
Fred and the Great Lakes Brass Band led a second line parade during our bi-annual company offsite. The parade received a 100% "very satisfied" or "satisfied" rating by our employees. Fred was an excellent communicator and the band did a great job adapting to our semi fluid plans for the parade. Highly recommend working with them!

October 4, 2022One of the highlights of our event!
We did a NOLA themed event and wanted a second line band to play our cocktail hour, then parade us into the room and "down Bourbon Street". Fred and the crew were INCREDIBLE! Fred was super easy to work with, fully understood the vision of what we wanted and executed to perfection. As a 20 year event industry professional, I was thoroughly impressed with all communications and most impressed with the incredible performance, energy and atmosphere that Great Lakes Brass created for us. Talented band, wonderful people and top notch service! Five stars and more!

Great Lakes Brass took our event to the next level and were wonderful to work with from start to finish. The efforts put in before the event were so greatly appreciated: wonderful planning and communication. Couldn't ask for more as a planner, and as a spectator and lover of music- they really hit the mark. The talent of the group is off the charts and the fun definitely radiates!

What to expect
We are a brass band that can be on the move. We can lead parades, second-lines or arrive in style, walking into your party or event while playing. We're also comfortable on stage. We can play with or without a PA/electricity.
The music is celebratory and lively, while we can also play Jazz Funeral style.
