I'm passionate about empowering individuals to achieve emotional wellness, reach their full potential, and live fulfilling lives. I'm a Master's level Certified Christian Counselor and Mental Health Professional with over a decade of experience in human services. I speak on topics related to mental health and disabilities: from depression, anxiety, and self-care to inclusion and life after a stroke. I enjoy supporting caregivers, especially parents of children with diverse needs. I also share my own stories of pain to a purpose, from stumbling blocks to stepping stones. My personal and professional experiences make me a qualified motivational speaker to a variety of audiences.
