Michael “Gooch” Gurciullo has been performing all over the world with his trumpet and singing talents for over 40 years.
Gooch can perform with either Tracks – Duo, Trio, Quartet – 8, 12 or a 17 pieced Big Band.
From Bennett to Buble’ to Baker to Brubeck his rare talent is versatile enough to fit any occasion.
From 1996 to 2008, Gooch made Las Vegas his home and worked most of the major showrooms on the Vegas Strip and backed some the biggest stars such as Wayne Newton, David Cassidy, Frankie Avalon and Bobby Caldwell just to name a few.
Now residing in the Phoenix area, Gooch continues to perform for audiences here and on the road as his unique style makes him an "in demand" player.

I hired Gooch to surprise my parents for their 40th wedding anniversary. Trying to celebrate this milestone during the pandemic was challenging but he made everything easy and seamless. Not only was he an excellent singer, he was communicative, professional, and even went out of his way to pick up a bouquet of flowers for them before he arrived. I highly recommend him!

Mike will dazzle you with his trumpet playing, and then he will flip with you with his voice singing a lot of the Sinatra/Darrin tunes. He can do anywhere from a single to his 16 piece jazz band playing all of the big band music. His CD is fantasic and he is the total package!

Gooch and His Las Vegas Big Band
Michael “Gooch” Gurciullo has been performing all over the world with his trumpet and singing talents for over 40 years.
Gooch can perform with either Track – Trio – 8 – 12 or a 17 piece Big Band.
From Bennett to Buble’ this rare talent is versatile enough to fit any occasion.
With a Jazz background Gooch was the featured soloist with the world famous Glenn Miller Orchestra and also formed the Monterey Jazz Orchestra where he performed at Clint Eastwood’s Mission Ranch in California.
For 12 years Gooch worked most of the major showrooms in Las Vegas and backed some the biggest stars such as Wayne Newton, David Cassidy and Bobby Caldwell just to name a few.
In 2018, Gooch made Phoenix his home. He still tours with the Official Blues Brother Revue and does local gigs all over the valley.
