At Glam Shots Photo 360, we strive to make your experience smooth and stress-free. Here’s what’s required to book and use our services:

✅ Booking Requirements
Completed Event Inquiry Form
Fill out our Event Inquiry Form to help us understand your event details, booth preferences, and customization needs.
Schedule a consultation for finalization.
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. This will be applied toward your final balance.

Signed Contract
A service agreement must be reviewed and signed electronically. This outlines our terms, responsibilities, and what you can expect from us.

Final Payment
Full payment is due 7 days before your event date unless otherwise arranged.

📦 Event Day Requirements
Space & Setup Access

Minimum space: 10x10 ft for booths; 10x20 ft for Magazine Booth or full glam setups

Flat, dry surface (indoor or outdoor, with cover if needed)

Access to power: At least one standard outlet (110V) within 25 feet

Access Time
We require 1–1.5 hours before your event for setup and 30–45 minutes post-event for breakdown. Early setup is available if needed.

On-Site Contact Person
Please provide a point of contact for the day of the event to assist with coordination or venue access.

Wi-Fi (if needed)
If you select instant sharing features or add-ons like our Wi-Fi printer, a reliable Wi-Fi connection is required on-site for optimal performance.

🚨 Other Considerations
Mileage Charges may apply for locations 60+ miles outside Jacksonville, FL (typically $3/mile).

Outdoor Setups must be covered in case of inclement weather.

Customization requests (e.g., overlays, backdrops, playlists, branded props) must be finalized no later than 10 days before your event.
