Ginger & the Tonics
Overview
We aren't purists, we're entertainers. Expect plenty of sultry noir, hot club jazz, and a few of our signature vintage swing/pop-culture mashups. A little bit dark & cheeky, a little bit postmodern vaudeville.. We'll have Irving Berlin, Miley Cyrus, Cole Porter, Danny Elfman, Peggy Lee, David Bowie, Louis Armstrong, and Jim Morrison all here with us in spirit. How's that for a hypothetical dinner party!? Come along for the ride in a wacky time machine with Ginger and the Tonics!
We will tailor our band size and set list to your fit your venue's budget and needs, and we're happy to take requests with enough notice! Available to play as a 5+ piece Full Band, Trio or Guitar/Vocals Duo.

About
"Ginger" learned everything she knows about jazz and life from Bugs Bunny. She sang Minnie the Moocher once with Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra when they magically appeared across the hall from her Shakespeare rehearsal in college. She also performs with The Newport Nightingales (1940's Andrew Sisters swing band), Tuba Django (hot club jazz), The Christmas Carolers, and the Tirolean Dancers (Bavarian folk dance) here in Portland.
