Ginger Greely is a heavy-metal musician who got in touch with her softer, Americana side while her equipment vehicle was stranded in the middle wilds of Texas. She traveled the backroads, kicking up a trail of gravel dust while inventing a sweet, seemingly innocent sound with honest, hard-hitting lyrics.
