If a client hires me, what do they receive?
Our first step is a pre-interview, where we can meet in person, over the phone, or via video chat—whichever works best for you. During this meeting, I’ll take the time to learn about you as a couple and what you're envisioning for your big day. We’ll discuss all the details, from unity candles to religious beliefs, special themes, or any family remembrances you'd like included. This is also a wonderful chance for us to get to know each other, making it easier for me to craft a ceremony that feels truly personal.

If you'd like, I offer a pre-marital counseling session, included at no extra cost. While it's not as in-depth as formal courses like Pre-Cana, many couples find it valuable. It’s a relaxed, stress-free time where you may find yourselves opening up about things you hadn’t considered before, strengthening your connection. Most couples even describe it as fun and are glad they took the time for it, though it's completely optional.

Once we’ve covered the details, I’ll get to work writing your ceremony. I’m available to attend the rehearsal, and on the big day, I’ll arrive early to lend a hand and help calm any last-minute nerves.

For vow renewals or commitment ceremonies, I’ll work closely with you to ensure your day is exactly what you’ve envisioned—because it’s your special day, and it should be everything you want it to be!

For the audience, what will they experience?
My ceremonies are designed to be a true reflection of each couple—whether you're looking for something romantic and sweet, humorous and modern, or religious or non-religious. They're thoughtfully crafted to last about 15-20 minutes, ensuring the ceremony is meaningful and engaging, while keeping guests captivated. I've had so many guests tell me they could feel how much I genuinely knew the couple and that the ceremony was perfect for them. When I can, I love to attend the reception too! I’ll help ensure everyone is having a great time, getting people up to dance, and making your celebration one to remember. My goal is to add joy and energy to your special day, both during the ceremony and beyond!

Hi! I’m Gina Gallo, and along with caring for my 12 beloved rescue animals—5 dogs, a tortoise, a Bearded Dragon, 2 ball pythons, 2 rats, and fish—I’ve found my true passion in officiating weddings. It all started when my brother asked me to officiate his wedding, and I immediately fell in love with the experience. There’s something so special about helping couples create a day that celebrates their love in a way that feels uniquely them.

I offer pre-marital counseling at no extra charge for couples who want to take a little extra time to deepen their bond before the big day. This one 3-4 hour session often brings out important conversations that strengthen your relationship and lay a firmer foundation for your wedding day. Of course, it’s totally optional, but many couples find it adds even more meaning to their ceremony.

I pride myself on being flexible and truly listening to what each couple envisions. Whether you’re dreaming of a fairytale wedding, an interfaith ceremony, or something fun and themed, I’ll work closely with you to make sure it reflects your love story. I’m also happy to attend the rehearsal, and I always arrive early to the ceremony to make sure everything goes smoothly.

After the wedding, I personally take care of filing your marriage paperwork at the courthouse to make sure it’s handled quickly and correctly. In most cases, I’ll even pick up the marriage certificate the next business day at no cost to you. If I’m unable to do this in person, I’ll make sure the paperwork is sent through expedited, certified mail to ensure it’s processed promptly. (Note: In New Orleans, I’m unable to provide this service due to local regulations.)

The only technical requirements I have are to coordinate with the music provider and photographer before the wedding to make sure we're all on the same page. Additionally, if needed, I can bring a stand for the ceremony.
