Get off the Weight Loss Roller Coaster!

I'm a certified professional coach and I specialize in mindset work. When I was 22 I weighed over 200 pounds and was FED UP. I did what most of us do, workout and eat well. That's super true and I lost 60 pounds. What I didn't do was understand how I put my weight on in the first place. It was years of physical and sexual abuse that packed the weight on. I really started to dive in and understand who I was, what made me tic and how to stay on the road that best served me. I share how we all have triggers with weight loss (and everything else) and it's the work within that really makes the MAGIC HAPPEN!
