The wildfire in 2017 that consumed her home, inspired her to write her first book called It's Just Stuff. It became an Amazon best seller and she was quickly awarded as one of the most influential women in Orange County in 2019.

Erin is an award winning and published author of her book It's Just Stuff and a California licensed real estate professional for over 30 years. She currently works with Christie's International Real Estate as the head of Luxury Council with First Team Real Estate.

In 2017, her family lost their home and everything they owned in a CA wildfire but her perspective was immediately that they still had everything that really mattered: each other. The book, It's Just Stuff, isn't as much about the fire, as it is about Erin's journey told through a series of defining events over the last 25 years and the perspective about what is most important in life. It's not that you only live once. You die once, you must live everyday.

Erin has spoken to over 2500 entrepreneurs around the world and received standing ovations for her work. She has shared the same stage with celebrities such as Michael Douglas, Jason Alexander, Brooke Shields, Hugh Hilton, George Ross, Charlie Sheen, Dr. Phil and many more. She believes inspiring others to live their best lives is her life's purpose. She knows what it takes to be one of the top in her field and also understands the need to make that journey enjoyable. She has created a real estate coaching program called Get Clients For Life and has an inspirational jewelry line designed specifically to help fire survivors.

Erin is a well known philanthropist in her town and believes that putting other's needs before her own is the key to success. She has put on successful 400+ person events in her own home and has been instrumental in raising millions of dollars for specific charities. She believes that everything happens for a reason and there is always, always, something to be thankful for despite being completely defeated in the moment.
