HOW IT WORKS
1. Quick 15 minute chat: we walk through your event, guest count, and the drinks you and your guests love.
2. Your custom menu: I build a seasonal cocktail menu around your tastes, plus an itemized shopping list so you know exactly what to buy.
3. Event day: I arrive early, set up the bar, serve your guests with care, and break everything down when the night is done.

ALCOHOL
FYRE is a bartending service: you supply the alcohol and I handle everything else. If you'd rather not shop, I can coordinate the shopping for you. For venues that require a licensed vendor, full-service bar coverage is available through a licensed beverage caterer partner. Either way, you only need to call me.

I'm Anton Rosnel, owner and lead bartender of FYRE Bartending, a mobile bar service based in Petaluma serving Sonoma County, Marin County, and the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Before starting FYRE, I worked as a lead bartender and event specialist for Bay Area beverage catering companies and San Francisco cocktail bars, pouring for weddings, festivals, corporate gatherings, and private parties of every size. Along the way I learned that the best bar service is the kind guests remember and hosts never have to think about.

FYRE grew out of that. Every event gets a seasonal cocktail menu built around what you and your guests actually drink, made with local produce, fresh-pressed juices, and house-made syrups. I bring the setup, run a tight timeline, and handle the bar from first pour to last call so you can enjoy your own celebration.

I'm RBS certified (California Responsible Beverage Service) and insured, and I serve with care so the party stays fun and safe for everyone. Outside the bar you'll find me fire spinning, acting, and boxing, so I'm right at home in front of a crowd and love keeping the energy up all night.

- Dry hire service: the host provides the alcohol, and I provide the bartending, setup, and service. Alcohol shopping coordination is available as an add-on, and licensed full-service coverage can be arranged through a partner when a venue requires it.
- Every event gets a seasonal menu tailored to the host, not a fixed list. Not sure what you like? I can help you narrow down your favorites and turn them into a menu and shopping list.
- Bulk ice, real glassware rental, and a second bar station are available as add-ons.
- A travel surcharge may apply for events outside Sonoma and Marin counties.
- A 50% deposit holds your date, with the balance due on the day of the event.
- Gratuity is never expected, but a hosted gratuity can be added to your package if you'd like to take care of it in advance.
