Lindiwe Davis is a storytelling unicorn, career creative, host, coach and diversity, equity and inclusion leader. Her professional foundation is rooted in using communication as one of her most important tools, along with community and content development, business operations, and strategy/project management. Throughout her professional career, she's been a go-to leader for turning chaos into order and is considered a cultural change manager. And you may consider her the Batwoman of Communication and Storytelling!
Currently, she works at Google as a Senior Leader and Advisor within an engineering organization focusing on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. She is a solution giver and knowledge sharer known to mentor senior leaders, peers and junior associates alike, with an ability to build an innovative, diverse and positive employee community and team. Outside of Google she is currently focusing on building a community aka a soft place to land for women, with a focus on women of color( our cultural communication styles) and a special spotlight on Black women and extending her portfolio as a sought-after speaker, host and coach.
