Frooty Treblez is a Portland-based DJ who brings together house music and queer energy to create dance floors that people remember. His sets move between soulful, deep, and tech house, always layered with bright transitions and emotional build-ups that keep the crowd lifted. He’s played everywhere from Subaru WinterFest and Scooped Ice Cream Festival to underground staples like Blaq Planet, Wonderlove PDX, Society Hotel rooftop, and Process. Pride stages have become a signature part of his journey, with crowds in both Portland and Seattle, including nights at the Cuff Complex, moving to his sound. Along the way, he’s opened for Tinashe at Roseland Theater and even earned a credit on Beyoncé’s Break My Soul (The Queens Remix) with Madonna. What makes him stand out is the way he builds each set with intention, reading the room and shaping modular blocks of energy that feel like they were made for the moment. For festivals, Pride celebrations, corporate events, or grand openings, Frooty Treblez doesn’t just play music, he creates a space where people can really let go and connect.

Performance & Technical Requirements

To ensure the best possible experience for your event, Frooty Treblez requires the following:

DJ Setup
• Preferred: Pioneer CDJ-3000s with DJM-900NXS2 mixer, or Pioneer XDJ-RX3
• Must support Rekordbox USB playback (no laptop required)
• Artist can bring his own XDJ-RX3 for an additional fee if the venue does not supply gear (please confirm in advance)

Booth & Table
• Stable table or booth (minimum 36” wide x 24” deep, approx. 39” high)
• Clear line of sight to the crowd

Power & Audio
• Two standard U.S. 120V outlets near booth
• If using artist’s RX3:
• Master Out: XLR L/R
• Booth Out: 1/4” TRS L/R
• Built-in booth volume control included

Sound System
• Frooty Treblez does not provide speakers or a PA system
• Venue or event must supply a professional sound system with proper inputs for the DJ setup
• RX3 connects directly to the system via XLR (Master) and 1/4” TRS (Booth)

Monitors
• One or two booth monitors at ear level or angled toward DJ
• Booth volume controlled directly by artist

Load-In & Access
• Early access for setup and soundcheck appreciated
• Safe, accessible booth area
