Book Afterglow starts by learning about your event, your music tastes and the atmosphere you want to create.

For weddings, we’ll plan the important moments in advance, including ceremony music when applicable, introductions, special dances, toasts and the transition into open dancing. Music requests and preferences are built into the planning process, while the final mix can still respond naturally to the energy of your guests.

On the event day, we arrive with professional Sound, microphones and event-appropriate lighting based on the service you’ve selected. We coordinate with your venue and other event professionals as needed so music and announcements fit smoothly into the timeline.

During the celebration, the goal is to keep things polished without making the event feel over-produced. We read the room, adjust the music as the energy changes and provide MC support when included in your package.

Every event is different, so the music, pacing and overall experience are tailored to the people we’re serving.

Book Afterglow provides professional wedding and event DJ services designed around the people in the room, not a one-size-fits-all playlist.

I’m Jason, and I’ve spent years DJing events and building music experiences around each client’s tastes, priorities and atmosphere. For weddings, I focus on creating a smooth, enjoyable celebration from the important moments through the dance floor, with thoughtful music planning, professional Sound, clear microphones and event-appropriate lighting.

Couples can choose reception-only DJ service or complete ceremony + reception + MC coverage. I work closely with each couple before the wedding so the music reflects who they are while still reading the room and responding to their guests throughout the celebration.

Book Afterglow serves weddings throughout Eugene, the Willamette Valley and surrounding Oregon communities, with additional travel available for select events across the Pacific Northwest.

In addition to weddings, I’m available for private celebrations, corporate events, birthdays, anniversaries and other special events.

My goal is simple: provide dependable, professional DJ service while creating a celebration that feels personal, polished and genuinely fun.

Book Afterglow provides a professional DJ system including controller, mixer, Sound system, microphones and event-appropriate lighting based on the selected service.

A minimum of one dedicated 20-amp electrical circuit is required near the DJ setup area. For larger events or expanded Sound and lighting setups, two separate dedicated 20-amp circuits are preferred.

The DJ area must be level, dry and protected from rain or direct weather. Outdoor events require adequate overhead weather protection for all electronic equipment.

Please provide reasonable load-in access and sufficient setup time before guests arrive. If the ceremony and reception are in separate locations or require separate Sound systems, please let us know in advance so the appropriate setup can be planned.
