About
Started as a pot scrubber for Marriott Hotels at the age of 15 and progressed through every department landing in a sales manager role. Went to work for Holiday Inns Inc in high level sales and marketing positions helping them develop Hampton Inns, Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express.
Worked for several different entrepreneurs as their VP of Sales & Marketing managing revenues for up to 83 hotels, resorts and conference centers.
Started my first company in the spare bedroom of my home as a consultant guaranteeing that I could show them how to liberate business from their competition to the tune of $1M in revenues in one year, or risk not getting paid. That morphed into my first training company that went on the become the largest in the world. We had 383 associates, well over 10K clients worldwide, licensees in 44 countries, $150M in revenues and an absolute icon in the hospitality world. Sold that large company to start the best, Fresh Revenues in 2007. Today we consult, teach, train and reinforce sales, service, leadership and culture in a bundled 2-year training curriculum that is GUARANTEED to deliver revenue, guest ratings, true loyalty with their guest and their associate, lower turn-over and better leaders. We work in the hospitality space, as well as clients who want more hospitality built into their DNA.
