Fresh Baked Bluegrass offers a lively mix of music that ranges from upbeat bluegrass standards to the lovelorn ballads of the early country music era to witty, fast-paced originals. The band specializes in layered three-part harmonies and features the virtuosity of Trina Emig, a respected player in the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky music scene for more than three decades, on banjo, mandolin, and fiddle.
Fresh Baked Bluegrass is a trio based in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati that includes bass player and singer Jim Gaube, guitarist, lead singer and song writer Doug Hatt, and multi-instrumentalist and singer Trina Emig.
Fresh Baked Bluegrass provides its own instruments and sound equipment. All that the band requires is electricity.
