Freeway Farrell has always been in the entertainment business. He began his career in 1986 in high school as a Disc Jockey in a roller rink and hosting his own weekend time slot as a DJ at a local radio station. This later in 1988 led to a 30 year radio career traveling the country working as an on-air personality for various radio stations, as well as maintaining a regular spot in the local stand-up comedy scene.
Over the years Freeway has been a frequently requested Emcee for corporate events, concerts, ceremonies and a colorful character actor. These days he is an active full time standup comedian, comedy producer and still an emcee.

April 9, 2025Freeway Farrell has a great MC voice. I know he usually does comedy acts, but we hired him as an MC and his experience on stage was a true asset for us. He was confident and kept things flowing. I would say he should promote himself as an MC as well as a comedian. It would have been much easier on him if we allowed him to do one of his practiced gigs, but instead, we asked him to do something much more difficult: to work off the cuff. He was able to deliver exactly what we needed.
