We are Free Elements!
Based in Santa Cruz, Free Elements is a positive-energy, up-tempo band playing a Cali-style blend of jazz, blues, light rock and Americana – and does it ever swing! Our style is fun and loose, and the sound is tight. The song selection is diverse and the cover tunes have a fresh, compelling sound. Clearly, the chemistry is great and we love what we do. We have played at various wineries, breweries, art galleries, high-attendance fund raisers and high-visibility corporate gigs located between Half Moon Bay and Pacific Grove. An added value is our excellent volume control so that the audience hears great music and is still able to have a conversation. We deliver what the guests came for!

November 9, 2023Free Elements played a great 1.5 hour set for our benefit farm to table dinner. The music was upbeat and fun and just the right tone for our event. The band was great to work with leading up to the event, making they day of smooth. I highly recommend Free Elements for your next event!
