Kelly "Junebug" Bayer is a Santa Cruz native delivering a soulful, high-quality musical experience. After traveling the world and studying tap dance in NYC, she developed a rhythmic, percussive guitar style that defines her sound today.
Performing as Junebug, she offers a sophisticated fusion of folk and jazz standards from the 1920s to the present. Whether playing solo or with her professional drummer, Junebug focuses on creating a genuine connection and a "groovy," nostalgic atmosphere. She is a specialist in senior communities and private events, tailoring every set to the room’s energy and volume.
