As a Motivational Speaker, Educational Consultant, and Thought Leader with over ten years of experience in secondary and higher education, I combine my seven-year journey to college completion with my passion for student success to inspire and empower students to achieve their personal and academic goals.
It is a pleasure to be invited to submit a review of my experiences working with Mr. Frederick Johnson IV. I met Mr. Johnson within a working group for high school and college persistence programs in New Orleans. It was immediately apparent the leadership presence and business acumen he brings to any engagement. Shortly after our initial meeting, I invited Mr. Johnson to participate in a webinar for my nonprofit organization, Corporate Internship Leadership Institute.
Our first project was for webinar for the Tenth Institute Webinar Series. During our concept meeting we discuss the audience and intent of the webinar segment; The Discipline of Success. The day of event Mr. Johnson was well prepared. He prepared handouts and a structured guide providing application of the concepts he present during his segment. It was during this session that I developed the idea to have Mr. Johnson join our Coaching team. We were thrilled when he accepted agreed to provide leadership, life and career guidance to our Fellows.
Second engagement was at a Kick Off and introduction of our new Coaches. This was an impromptu speaking opportunity to our Fellows during our June Leadership Immersion session. Mr. Johnson engaged in a pointed motivating talk about his life experiences and what he intends to bring to the Coaching Staff.
Mr. Johnson is always thought provoking and engaging with our Fellows and is a thought leader within our Coaching staff.
