He is truly a gifted motivational speaker who is able to convey ways to improve productivity at work and in personal self improvement. His Award-Winning perspective as Forrest Gump is captivating and very effective benefiting individuals and employees. Steve is a very effective communicator and gifted thinker who delivers positive, impactful messages that will motivate and energize your audience. Forrest's signature mantra and image is perfected by Steve and a very enjoyable experience. Forrest makes a lot of sense and you will be thrilled with this experience.

At the beginning of the movie Forrest Gump, a feather falls from the sky and lands at the feet of the hero. Forrest reaches down and picks it up.
The feather represents opportunities that appear like magic in our lives. Our job is to pick them up. Steve Weber’s message of Gumption is all about taking personal responsibility for the choices we make in life. We get to decide which feathers to pick up and which feathers we’ve been holding on to and need to be let go. It’s our choice.
In 1981 Steve was first told he looks like the guy from Bosom Buddies. In the late 80s/early 90s Steve was asked thousands of times: “Do you know who you look like?” … “Has any ever told you you look like Tom Hanks?”
In 1996, Steve picked up a magical feather when the Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant opened it’s first location in Monterey, CA. Over the next 15 years, he traveled the world helping to open 30 Bubba Gump restaurants. Steve realized after meeting with tens of thousands of individuals just how special the movie really was. Steve recognized that the movie’s primary themes were the keys for success in everyday life. Ordinary people - just like Forrest - could find more peace, love, and success by 'living their lives with Gumption'.
