Fool’s Journey : Yoga|Reiki|Tarot

For yoga classes, I will guide your group through an intentional, personalized class to fit your event. Whether its a heart opening flow to foster openness and connection, a stretchy flow to release built up tension, or a slow and gentle flow to promote relaxation, I'll work with you to give you the movement your group desires. (Meditation and pranayama can also be part of your class) I come to you, so make sure your space is large enough for your group, either indoor or outdoor. Bring your own yoga mat or towel. Props, such as blocks, may be provided depending on group size. For Yin/Restorative classes, prop rentals are required, this means an added fee per person. Playlist and speaker provided, can be personalized upon request.

For Tarot, expect an intuitive reading for each member of your group. This is typically a 3 card spread, offering guidance, insight, or closure. The more open you are to the process, the more deeply the cards will speak. I recommend bringing a journal and anything that helps you tap in to your inner being (think comfy clothes, tea, a bolster to sit on, blanket). I will bring multiple decks to chose from, crystals, incense, and anything else that helps me to tap in. Can be done inside or outside, preferably in a quiet, private space away from any unnecessary distractions.

For Reiki, expect a relaxing, insightful experience. Energy healing can bring up emotions, come prepared to let your guard down and be open to the process. The session will begin with a guided meditation to tap in, followed by hands on (or off, if preferred) energy healing. This session is great for friends and family (or anyone you'd feel comfortable crying around). Helpful to release stuck, stagnant, or overwhelming energy. Leave feeling lighter and refreshed. Bring a yoga mat or blanket, journal, eye mask, water/tea, and anything else to help you tap in.

Hi! I'm Mackenzie Culberson, a 200hr CYT, Certified Yin Yoga instructor, Reiki Master Practitioner and Tarot reader. My offerings are intentionally created to foster connection, healing and awareness. I love providing the space for people to tap into their deeper purpose and meaning. As a young mother, I have found these practices necessary to help me work through grief, life transitions, times of stress and uncertainty. On the lighter side, these practices can bring so much joy, relief for the body and mind, and understanding. I look forward to working with you :)
