We had both a violinist and cello, and some attendees at our wedding said the music was moving and got them emotional at times during the ceremony. Classical Concerts--I present artist-level recitals for unaccompanied violin (any requested repertoire) and chamber ensemble (violin-piano duo, violin-clarinet-piano trio, violin-cello duo, piano trio, string trio, and string quartet). These events may feature lecture-performance demonstrations for more academic settings, entertainment-oriented concerts, or strictly musical performances with minimal or no talking. Specially requested repertoire must be approved no less than three weeks before the proposed concert dates (six weeks for solo works). Invitations for experimental and inter-disciplinary projects are encouraged.
Coffee House/Bar/House Concerts--Choose between solo performances (featuring instrumental pieces, songs, and monologue) and group performances with jazz, pop, indie or acoustic ensembles. I encourage specific requests including styles other than the above mentioned examples!
Stage/Festival Band Performances--This performer will coordinate live performances in a variety of styles for stage shows at private and festival events.
Sessions: Engage this performer for recording sessions. Rates depend on the preparatory demands of the session.
Active as a classical recitalist, chamber musician, and orchestral violinist, this performer possesses degrees from reputable music schools and an extensive background in performing avant garde music. He has worked professionally as a performer of classical, pop, rock, and alternative styles for over 15 years. He regularly tours as violinist of the Nashat Trio, which specializes in original compositions by composers of the 20th and 21st Centuries. Inquiries regarding pop, rock, jazz, folk, and other entertainment-oriented shows are welcome.
