Jodi is the founder of FLRRiSH, the premier resource for preemie parents helping families navigate the unexpected journey from hospital to home and the years beyond. Created by a NICU mom, she understands what it means to reclaim our strength and reframe our mindset when our birth story goes awry. Whether that involves deciding between when to take maternity leave- during or post NICU stay (BTW, we shouldn't have to choose. It should be both), and/or taking a forced career pause to care for your child, or just learning how to travel the road less traveled, FLRRiSH's coaching, support, resources and programs are designed to inspire, empower and educate.
