I am aware that arranging details for events can be overwhelming, and I love to make this as easy and straightforward for you as possible!

Step 1: Upon inquiry, I will send a brief questionnaire, so that I can get a feel for the scope of your needs, from drink pairings, to atmosphere.

Step 2: I will request to arrange a call at your convenience so that we can finalize details for a menu proposal.

Step 3: I will send a menu proposal along with a quote. From here we can work together to iron out any tweaks or details necessary before we finalize our booking.

Step 4: We will finalize our date, pending a 50% deposit.

Hailing from the Jamaican countryside and growing up harvesting much of the food I and my family ate, my passion is creating beautiful meals using fresh herbs, fruits, and vegetables. It is my joy to make every meal an experience for all the senses, all done with love in the hands.

While my specialty is bringing Caribbean flavor to design unique, elevated fusion menus, my goal is always to work closely with each client to curate an experience that fits the desired atmosphere perfectly. From period-themed events, to exploring cultures around the world through thoughtfully-prepared dishes, I want to bring more to you than a simple catering experience; you can get that anywhere.
