Canadian-born Flamenco guitarist Alex Krolick started playing electric guitar at the age of 10. His early influences were primarily classic rock. His passion for flamenco began when attending Toronto's York University in the Honors Music Program. Under the teaching guidance of Canada's greatest Spanish flamenco composer and guitarist, Roger Scannura, Alex honed his music skills. After graduating with a bachelor's music degree, Alex has enjoyed sharing his flamenco guitar music at numerous venues, such as restaurants, wineries, cafes and festivals, and occasions like parties, open mics, anniversaries and weddings. He is also involved with teaching guitar and composing flamenco music that is a fusion of traditional and contemporary styles.
