I began performing at age three, starting with dance and gymnastics, and spent nine years dedicated to Irish step dancing. This experience refined my technical precision, rhythm, and musicality, which now enriches my flow performances. Later, my passion for musical theater fostered strong character acting skills that bring depth and energy to my live shows.
In 2019, I was introduced to LED poi, which opened the door to the transformative world of
flow arts. I immersed myself in the local
community, learning fire performance techniques and prioritizing fire safety. Over the past six years, flow arts have become more than a
performance medium—they serve as an outlet for creativity, a means of managing chronic pain, and a form of emotional expression. Through this art form, I have discovered the healing power of movement and built enduring connections with
both audiences and fellow artists.
