Fire In The Air

Typically clients will book for an hour or more. This could be for any event you would like to excite a crowd with. A one hour booking usually consists of three songs with a 15 minute intermission and a 15 minute photo session with guests and performers. You/Me would have music, a space to perform, and an area for fuel. I would perform songs over the contracted amount of time. Depending on your budget, you could have up to 4 to 8 songs and one to two performers in the outlined contract. This would include costume and makeup. I would perform, take a break, perform, break, perform, break. I would have a fire safety with me. I have 3 different fire props to use, and depending on the event, I may use all 3. It would just depend. Each prop (fire tool) has a different style to themselves. I would fit the style of your event. You also have the option for a pop in. Typically clients will have a green room for the performer to freshen up.

As a birthday gift when I was living in Hawaii, a friend bought me a set of LED poi. I had never seen it before, so I took it out of the box, started playing with it and fell in love. Three years later I moved on to fire and I am still learning about the beautiful art in it. I'm a startup company that works very closely with a coach and mentor who had an extremely successful fire academy in San Francisco. I am really looking forward for an opportunity to work with you. Poi was developed by the Polynesians and shared within Hawaii. It was used as a form of combat training and as a form of physical therapy. When performing with fire, you usually want to have about 6 ft from you and the guest. A performer never wants anything above them. At least for 12ft. That is just because you're spinning fire. It goes up. It goes down. It goes left. It goes right. Now if you don't have a super big area that's totally okay. We would just have to go over the space together and see how we can make it work. There are always options. There would be fuel involved so that would have to be in a separate location where there is no smoking and there are no guests.
