June 10, 2023Our event had over 300 people attend and the fairies provided 2 face painters and one balloon artist. The Fairies were over an hour late and didn’t get to face painting/balloon art until 45 minutes after our event started. They did not contact us to let us know they were running late. They also did not provide their own power or pop up canopy. They did provide all the supplies and art table and chairs. Their face paint art was great, however our attendees were waiting in line for over an hour to get their face painted. The balloon art line was slightly faster with a wait 30-45 minute wait time when the line was at its longest. We did negotiate a partial refund.

So sorry. The first time ever being late. No excuses, but we did have a family emergency. Our GPS took us on back roads due to construction etc. We arrived at 6:05 and were set up in less than 10 min. We did facepaint AND airbrush on many of the smiling faces and made sure every one was happy before we packed up. Yes, we were late. But the level of bitterness she displayed was uncalled for. Our normal pricing would have been $1200. But I had made her a deal at $800. On top of which I agreed to give the school another 2 hour party, a $600 value, but she said "no. I want money". So I agreed to refund her( the school) $200. Evidently this did not appease her either. I'm sorry this happened and I'm sorry she took it personally. Refunding her part of the fee should have made things "even" unfortunately it didn't and she went even further with not only exaggerating but flat out lying about the circumstances. So at this present time, I don't feel inclined to make an effort to reimburse her anything.

December 30, 2018She’s the best face painter I’ve ever seen in my life. On Time, and her stuff is amazing, the brushes are clean, and her tools are amazing. We love her hand made unicorn horn, and the kids had so much fun. Her price is the cheapest price that I found for face painting and she deserves every single penny. She’s so lovely with the kids, and she makes jokes with them...highly recommend 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

August 2, 2018Hired for the many children at my daughter's wedding. They were very professional as well as on time, easy to work with, friendly and patient with all the kids. The face painting was detailed and exceptional! The balloon twister was engaging and the kids loved his creations. I would definitely choose them again.
