Welcome to Face Painting Fun! We’re excited to bring our face painting services to your event, transforming faces, arms, or hands into beloved characters or designs of your choice. Additionally, we can join in the fun as a Squid Game Guard, engaging your guests in a thrilling game of Red Light Green Light! We also offer the popular Dalgona cookie challenge, where participants must skillfully carve shapes like stars, triangles, or umbrellas from a delicate honeycomb candy using a needle, all while racing against the clock!

I am writing regarding the recent event and the concerns you raised.
I arrived at the venue as scheduled, having received no prior notification that the event was canceled. Despite my multiple attempts to reach you by phone and waiting on-site for over an hour, I did not receive a return call until the following day.
Regarding your request for a refund, our cancellation policy explicitly states that notification must be provided before the event start time to be eligible. Furthermore, I would like to clarify that no unauthorized funds were taken; the payment received corresponds to the services rendered, for which I have already applied a discount.
While I regret that your experience was not satisfactory, clear communication is essential for these arrangements.
