Additionally, we can join in the fun as a Squid Game Guard, engaging your guests in a thrilling game of Red Light Green Light! We also offer the popular Dalgona cookie challenge, where participants must skillfully carve shapes like stars, triangles, or umbrellas from a delicate honeycomb candy using a needle, all while racing against the clock!

I am writing regarding the recent event and the concerns you raised.
I arrived at the venue as scheduled, having received no prior notification that the event was canceled. Despite my multiple attempts to reach you by phone and waiting on-site for over an hour, I did not receive a return call until the following day.
Regarding your request for a refund, our cancellation policy explicitly states that notification must be provided before the event start time to be eligible. Furthermore, I would like to clarify that no unauthorized funds were taken; the payment received corresponds to the services rendered, for which I have already applied a discount.
While I regret that your experience was not satisfactory, clear communication is essential for these arrangements.
