Overview

Party decor and entertainment have been part of my life since childhood, when making everything ourselves, cake, decorations, balloon arches, was just how my family did parties. That became a profession built on the same obsession with getting details right.

I offer face painting, balloon twisting, and full balloon decor, arches, garlands, and sculptures built by hand and matched to your event theme and colors, not pulled off a shelf.

I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French, and I love making sure every guest, kids and adults, feels included and has a great time.

What to expect

You'll get a full range of face painting: from quick, simple designs for younger or less patient kids, to detailed, specific pieces for kids who know exactly what they want, whether that's a favorite animal, a character, or something more unusual. I take custom requests seriously and enjoy matching a very specific theme.

I use professional, hypoallergenic, FDA-compliant face paint safe for sensitive skin. I can comfortably paint 10 to 15 kids an hour depending on design complexity, so a group of any size gets through without a long wait.

For me, it's about giving people an experience, kids and adults alike. I'm never short on conversation. I'm patient and playful with kids of all ages and keep things moving so parents aren't managing a bored line. I arrive early enough to be set up before time, and pack up without needing help from anyone at the event.

What you get is someone who treats it as more than face painting. It's part of the fun of the party, with the conversation and energy to match. I speak English, Portuguese, Spanish, and French, and I'm a bit of a communication enthusiast who likes making sure nobody at the party ever feels left out.

About

Parties isn't something I picked up, it's something I grew up inside of. In my family, throwing a party/a festa has always meant doing everything ourselves and doing it right: baking the cake, making the brigadeiros, building the balloon arches, and taking care of entertainment. Somewhere along the way, the thing I loved doing with my family became the thing I do professionally.

Because of my background I love creating pieces/designs that are unique and specialized to each event.

Mostly, though, I just love this. I love parties, I love making someone's day feel special, and I especially love kids — getting to play with them, paint their faces, keep them laughing. That's the part of the job that never feels like work.

Today that shows up as balloon and floral decor, face painting, and party hosting/entertaining. Built the same way my family always built a party: by hand, with real attention and care.

Additional booking notes

Table and chairs may be provided but aren't required — I can set up and paint comfortably on the floor if needed. I bring my own paints, brushes, sponges, and water for cleanup.

I don't need a shaded or covered area, though it's appreciated for outdoor events on hot or sunny days. No power or sound setup is required for face painting.

I don't need much time to set up — just enough to lay out my supplies before I start. If parking or loading is more than a short walk from the setup area, let me know ahead of time so I can plan for it.

Influences and inspiration

My biggest influence is my time with Royal Entertainers in San Diego, where I got my start in kids' entertainment and hosting.

I've specifically studied clown makeup: its history and technique, not just how to paint a quick design. Clown makeup is its own discipline, with real rules about proportion, symmetry, and how a face reads from a distance, and that background shapes how I approach every face I paint, even the ones that have nothing to do with clowns.

Setup requirements

A small table and two chairs (nice to have, not need to have)
