Expect good quality, very detailed, precise, and proportional artwork. I work from a binder of selected pieces. However; request can be made upon booking or immediately before each painting. I'm children and adult friendly. I'm respectable of people and their property.
Face painter's operation: I will arrive at a designated time and set up at a space provided by the client. I will begin painting while keeping record of the time. Usually the guest of honor or birthday boy/girl will be painted first. I will paint faces in an orderly fashion. If the client wishes to be on an exact scheduled time painting duration, it is their responsibility to cut off the line or else I will continue painting. (This is solely because the guest are unaware of the contracted time and will continue to line up to be painted for second times around. If the client wishes to be on an unlimited time duration, I will continue to paint until the line clears itself out and charge for time extra time afterwards. I will collect pay before leaving. Tips are accepted. This operation usually goes by smoothly but I am open for other suggestions.

In some cases such as markets and festivals, I may be invited to charge per person. This is for 100 plus person events. A sitting fee is required and will be based on the guaranteed time of sitting. Time spent after the guaranteed time, will be based on business.
Other times I will book myself outside of gig salad under other festival terms.

Some hidden fees
$25 travel fee when price of gas is above $4/gal
$5/day Late booking when booking for an even in under 2 weeks

A client can request a certain theme, simple design, no scary designs, or no controversial religious designs.

I've been Face Painting for over 15 years now. I have tons of experience working with kids or as I call them, "moving canvases." I started working as a Temporary Airbrushed tattoo artist at Santa's Village Azoosment park in East Dundee, IL. We incorporated face painting into the shop where I began painting 30-40 full faces in a day. Customers were more pleased with the results than they'd expected to be, and insisted that I attend their private events. Thanks to word of mouth and my first client (JF) lol, I've made it a more professional hobby.
Speed: I can paint 12-15 faces in an hour
Travel: I Travel around Chicago land area. Mainly NW Suburbs in McHenry, Kane, and Cook County.
Supplies needed: I have my own table and chairs, but a client who provides a sets up and area that best fits their party layout is preferred.

Not recommended for pool parties.
