On the day of the event, I proactively communicated that I was delayed due to a documented car accident en route, which required police involvement. This was communicated in real time with photo documentation.
Despite the delay, I arrived and provided face painting services for the full duration of the scheduled event window, remaining onsite until the festival concluded.
I always aim to communicate transparently and deliver quality service, even when unforeseen circumstances arise. I appreciate the opportunity to serve your community event and wish you the best with future festivals.
