Face Painting by Carol

I am a local artist living in Cottonwood AZ where I have lived for the last 7 years. My preferred art form is painting on just about any surface, including skin where I paint wonderfully creative and dramatic spot type "cheek" art and full face paintings. I use high quality professional face paints, Snazaroo and Mehron, which are non toxic and safe for both child and adult skin and easily removed with soap and water.

I come prepared with my own supplies along with tables and chairs and a small umbrella that does produce a small amount of shade if need be. I bring samples of many images for both boys and girls to choose from or to use for inspiration. And I can create almost any kind of face art you or your guests desire. Theme inspired faces such as "cowboy" "princess" or a favorite character like Spiderman or Ariel are not a problem but I would appreciate having advance notice of a "theme" party so I can come to your event fully prepared for requests.

Depending on the event type and ages of the guests you can plan for me to paint anywhere from 10 to 20 people with partial face and/or cheek art paintings per hour. For more complex and full face paintings the time per guest can range from 10 to 20 minutes per person in a group setting. The time needed for very specialized character or costume face painting (Halloween or costume party, stage event, etc) will depend entirely on the complexity and detail required.

I am good with small children and can paint very quick simple & colorful designs on the littlest of faces.
