To ensure the smooth operation of our event services, certain technical requirements must be met. Here are the essentials needed to host any of our entertainment services, including DJ setups, photo booths, and interactive games:

Power/Electricity: Access to at least two dedicated 110V, 15-amp power outlets is required. These should be within 30 feet of the setup area to ensure safe and efficient operation of our equipment.

Table & Chairs: For DJ services and photo booth setups, one 6-foot table and two chairs are needed. If these cannot be provided by the venue or the client just let us know prior to our arrival to facilitate a timely setup.

WiFi or Internet Connections: For events requiring online access, such as trivia games or specific DJ setups, reliable WiFi or a hardwired internet connection is necessary. Details on network access and passwords should be communicated before the event date if possible.

Staging: If the event includes performances that require staging, a stable and secure stage must be provided. The dimensions should be appropriate for the number of performers and the type of performance.

Sound: For larger venues or outdoor events, a professional-grade sound system may be necessary. If not provided on-site, EVENTSible can arrange for rental equipment at an additional cost.
