Emma Peterson is a talented wedding pianist based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Emma's natural gifts and refined style are just what you need to add that extra touch of grace and beauty to your wedding celebration, party or event. She has a feel for the tone of each piece, and she can improvise flawlessly. With your musical preferences in mind, this seasoned pianist cannot wait to complement your day with a superlative score.

In addition to her musical skill Emma is very communicative, and will always respond within 12 hours, helping work out the details and work with you on any questions you may have. She is more than happy to learn or arrange any piece you would like.

Emma Peterson, born in Alpine, Utah, started piano at the age of 7. She has performed in many competitions, and has received the superior rating in Solo and Ensemble in 2021, the honor roll for the UMTA conference in 2016, 2018, 2020 and Encore in 2019.

Along with her classical studies, Emma’s ultimate goal with piano is to spread the joy of music wherever she goes. She is a freelance Event Pianist, and has played for many corporate events, christmas parties and weddings. Her music continues to inspire others both in her online and in person presence, and has been running her instagram account @emmpeterson.pianist for two years.

Emma continues to grow her musical abilities through the Piano performance program at Weber State University. She has studied with Dr. Ralph Van der Beek, and is currently studying with Dr. Yu-Jane Yang. Emma has been awarded the Mona Smith, Gene Hillyard, and Piano activity scholarships due to her work ethic and continuous drive throughout the years she has attended Weber State.

In addition to her musical endeavors, Emma loves to play pickleball, watch sunsets, and make jewelry for her etsy business.
