We'll start with a conversation about your event (its size, setting, and the tone you're after), and recommend the ensemble that fits best. Once booked, we coordinate directly with you or your planner on timing, setlist preferences, and any special moments like a first dance or ceremony processional. For larger events, we work closely with your venue's sound engineers, or bring our own to ensure a seamless setup and pristine audio throughout.

On the day, expect punctual arrival, professional setup, and a polished, seasoned performance tailored to your event's flow, from quiet dinner-hour ambiance to a full dancefloor finish. We come prepared, dressed for the occasion, and ready to read the room, so the music always feels like it belongs.

Australis began as a small circle of musicians who believed live music should feel woven into an occasion, not performed at it. That instinct grew into a curated collective of solo performers, duos, trios, and full bands, each chosen for musicianship and presence alike.

Today, Australis brings its sound to weddings, galas, and private celebrations, shaping every set around the moment it's meant to serve. The collective takes on a limited number of engagements each season, so every performance stays personal — never routine.

- Setup timing is planned in advance with you or your venue to fit the event schedule and space.
- For amplified performances, we require access to standard power outlets near the performance area.
- Solo and duo acts can perform acoustically or with light amplification for smaller, intimate spaces.
- Trios and full bands require a dedicated performance area (approx. 8x8 ft for trios, 12x16 ft for full bands) and typically work with the venue's sound engineer for larger events.
- We're happy to coordinate directly with your planner or in-house AV team ahead of time to confirm technical needs.
- Repertoire is curated by the ensemble; while we welcome requests for key moments (first dance, processional, etc.), full setlist customization may not always be possible.
