It was wonderful having Brittany of Event Julep as our day-of-coordinator. She previously worked for the Fairmont and has ample experience in the space. And during our wedding, Brittany maintained an incredible a sense of aplomb, all the while ensuring everything was setup perfectly and the wedding ran smoothly. I was happy to have her assistance tuning up the timeline and ensuring all vendor received/followed it. It's not too often that brides can say nothing went wrong with their wedding, but I get to do so!!! Much of this is thanks to Event Julep's successful orchestration!

⦁ Primary, on-site contact for all vendors, wedding party, guests and other operational contacts
⦁ Supervision of set-up and assistance as needed
⦁ Assistance with seating arrangements and place card details
⦁ Review and execution of all timelines, menus and other event documentation
⦁ Management of wedding presents, card box and other personal items
⦁ Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors

We are a team of two sisters hailing from the beautiful bluegrass state of Kentucky: the land of horse-racing, bourbon and most importantly, mint juleps. With a divine passion for entertaining and the industry of weddings, we are a team of dedicated event professionals in our adopted homes of Napa Valley and Austin, TX.
We coordinate gorgeous weddings at some of the world’s most high-end places, but we always operate with a proud sense of southern spirit. We will help you tie up any loose ends, point out ways to perfect your wedding plans, and ultimately become an extension of you & your fiancé on your wedding day.
