May 21, 2024My sister-in-law recommended Evan to be the Piano entertainment at my husband’s 70th birthday party. My husband is a huge music fan, especially jazz. Evan was able to play the songs that triggered emotional timing such as Crosby stills and Nash, Teach your Children, as my husband and his siblings were saying goodbye to their 93-year-old mother. Truly brought tears to our eyes. And as soon as the cake was lit, he started playing the Birthday song on the piano which created an epic moment as they brought out the cake!
Evan truly understood the dynamics and mood we were trying to create and made this birthday party most memorable. A very talented and kind musician! Thank you, Evan!

After the party, I reviewed the Crosby Stills and Nash songs and continued working on them. Amazingly those songs are still on the tip of my tongue, though I was 17 or 18 when I last played them -they are so memorable. I hope we meet again. As an entertainer I am always gathering new knowledge and skills. Expect even more repertoire and great moments next year😊
