E.V. Baby

I want the audience to feel the emotions that I am trying to convey through the song. Also, I want them to be pleased with the overall performance and leave feeling happy because of my performance.

Eva Kruel stage name E.V. Baby was born in Racine WI. E.V. Baby vocals demanded attention at an early age. She began to amaze people with her voice at an early age. She began singing for family at the age of 2 ½. Music has always been present in E.V. Baby’s life. Listening to her parent’s soul music collection, singing and performing around the house, Eva knew she wanted to be a singer. Her first performance was in a talent show in the 1st grade. At age 7, she started writing songs with her brother. With the help of her parents and music teacher, E.V. Baby performed at several events throughout the community in CA, where she lived until the age of 9.

Her parents moved from CA and Eva stopped writing and singing but her love of music resumed again in high school. In high school she auditioned for the High School Idol competition. She was not chosen to compete in the Idol competition but made the Director’s Cut, where she could still perform at the Idol to showcase her singing and writing ability. Unknowingly, to E.V. Baby and her parents, one of the judges in the competition was Platinum Producer Antonio (Tizone) Street who has worked with artists such as: R Kelly, Mary J Blige, Keith Sweat, Twista, just to name a few and has a song on the soundtrack Don’t Be a Menace While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood. Tizone of Radar Recording Studio heard Eva and wondered why she did not make it into the competition. When asked his thoughts of Eva, even though she was not in the competition, Tizone words were “with a little vocal training and artist development she can go a long way, she has a unique sound and she’s good”. A year or so later Eva’s mom (Felicia, Tre-Star Entertainment) contacted Radar Recording Studio (still unaware of Platinum Producer Tizone) regarding recording for the group K.O.FFICIAL. During that contact she also mention to Tizone about her daughter wanting to eventually record an album and played a CD with her original songs she had recorded. Tizone told her she had a nice voice but the production was hiding her vocal ability. Once K.OFFICIAL came in the studio for their session, Felicia daughter came with her to have her sing for Tizone that is when Tizone realized that this was the same person from the Director’s Cut he had seen at the Idol the year before, as well as K.OFFICIAL who was also in the Director’s Cut. E.V. Baby entered the High School Idol the next year again and made it into the competition, Tizone was not a judge that year. E.V. Baby performed her original song she wrote, “Hypnotized” and won! After the competition she had the chance to work with Tizone, the winners of the Idol received a free recording of the song performed at the Idol and a music video for the song from Radar Recording Studio. After the Idol competition, E.V. Baby & Tre-Star Entertainment knew it was time for E.V. Baby to shine and do an album.

E.V. Baby a 14 year old High School Sophomore managed working on her debut album “Joyride” on the weekends while still maintaining her grades in her honors classes all at 14! After the album completion the hard work began. Tizone is a firm believer in artist development and realizes that is what the industry is lacking. Tizone continued to shape E.V. Baby’s career after the album completion, through countless hours of artist development which includes: vocal training, stage presence, media training, strength training, all so E.V. Baby can showcase her talent to the world and give the industry an artist that has the total package! Now it’s time to see how far this artist Tizone knew could go a long way will go! It’s E.V. Baby time to shine!
