March 17, 2023Amazing entertainment for Rainbow Refugees fundraiser
Amanda and her crew performed for our Rainbow Refugee fundraising event and it was absolutely amazing. The dancers and the music was so fun and really got the whole crow involved. We were all up and dancing. They even brought out some of the crowd to do a little dance lesson and we all danced with them! We would absolutely love to have them again for other events.

March 16, 2023Highlight of my wedding
Essence of Brazil was the highlight of my wedding night! As a surprise appearance, they absolutely caught myself and the guests by surprise and crushed their performances. They were very professional, talented and their costumes were 2nd to none. I strongly recommend this Samba company!

About
Brazilian Samba was born in the Afro-Brazilian communities and provided a platform for expression of life, their struggles of oppression and their resilience. It has become so much more than just a dance to the Afro-Brazilian communities, as it is now their way of life.
As samba lovers outside of Brazil, we strive to cultivate a community that not only dances and grows together but embodies the heart and soul of samba, that is the essence of Brazil.
