April 29, 2018Sandro Was Perfect!
His performance at a birthday party for my husband couldn't have been better. Numerous guests commented about his talented guitar playing and vocal styling and asked for his business card. Not only did Sandro make our event very special but he was equally nice to work with. His communication and follow through were quite impressive. He definitely gets five star rating from me...and my husband...and our 50 guests.

March 21, 2018Excellent Musician - Great addition!
Sandro was very professional and an excellent addition to our event! Upon booking, Sandro contacted me to confirm my expectation of his involvement in the event, music selection and the timeline of the event. He confirmed his expected arrival time as well as his needs (chair, electrical - etc). He communicated with me prior to event and arrived on time. He set up his speakers and programmed some pre-recorded music to run while he completed set-up. This was great because we all got to enjoy it while completing the finishing touches on decorations. He did visual checks with me to confirm the audio level, which was thoughtful. I received many compliments on his performance and would definitely book him again. I highly recommend him!

About
Brother and sister, Sandro and Tamara Eristavi have formed their duo back in the eighties. Early in their career the duo has won numerous awards and was featured on radio and television. Currently, Sandro’s original blues compositions can be heard on KJazz FM 88.1 radio. “Tasteful and classy” would well describe the duo’s performing style and elegant stage presence. With three decades of experience under their belt, Sandro and Tamara build an effortless and warm rapport with audiences. Their genuine and heartfelt performances take listeners on a sweet escape into the world of delightful melodies, soothing guitar and mild rhythms. The duo’s repertoire of popular and original compositions encompasses a wide range of styles, including jazz, blues, soft rock, bossa-nova, and old romantic ballads from Russia and Georgia (in former Soviet Union). Once described as “fluid crystal”, Tamara’s voice is moving and vulnerable with unexpectedly rich, chesty notes in the lower range. It blends seamlessly with her brother’s sultry, velvety timbre, creating an enchanting and soulful ambiance. An outstanding guitarist, Sandro has repeatedly earned high praise from listeners and fellow musicians. Another impressive skill of his, so called “mouth trumpet”, has tricked many listeners into looking for a trumpeter hidden behind. The Eristavi duo also offers a variety of sound formats: from minimalist, strictly acoustic songs to pieces with elaborate arrangements that create a sound of a whole band at work.
Testimonials: “I guess, some people are just really talented, and one of them is Sandro Eristavi. Outstanding album, I loved it!” – Gary “the Wagman” Wagner (KJazz FM 88.1) about Sandro Eristavi’s “Blue Sharp Minor” CD. “…We caught the talented Sandro Eristavi who played a variety of jazz, pop, and Russian ballads and was later joined by his strikingly attractive and talented sister Tamara Eristavi who is also an accomplished belly dancer.” “Tamara and Sandro's duet is absolutely exquisite! Sweet serenades of love, tenderness and lucid sadness will touch the most cherished romantic depths of your soul.” “Gorgeous voices, music and acoustic guitar.”
“..excuisite music, a man singing, a trumpet (or so it seemed) and very tastefully underneath it all, a guitarist. It had sounded like a Chet Baker vocal, the trumpet had the “Jungle Sound” of Ellington. The phrasing was impeccable, melodic lines graceful and it all fit together beautifully. The trumpet sound imitation was so vivid, that it had fooled me. …Even Lady Day would have loved the way he does “Good morning, heartache”
