March 26, 2024Eric is a very well balanced speaker and gets to know his audience well. He spoke for our event in February and shared a lot of biblical teaching, some examples through pictures for students to visually see and understand, and ways they could make it applicable to their daily lives. You won't regret having Eric come and speak. He keeps the audience engaged and wanting to learn more.

March 22, 2024I had the honor of working with Eric for a collaborative church event in the Southwest Ohio area. Th event was for junior high and high school students over the course of a few nights. Eric spoke the first night and set the bar for the rest of the days. Speaking to junior high and high school students can be difficult, being relatable to a large age and maturity range is tough, most speakers tend to lean into one or the other. Eric found the line and followed it well. Powerful and intentional, I would work with Eric again, any time, any place.

Here's what would happen as soon as you booked me:
1. We would have a conversation over the phone or a cup of coffee. We would talk about the event (s), what you need from me (length, number of talks, etc) and then we would brainstorm the direction of the talks. Perhaps you have a solid idea or maybe we can come up with one together.
2. After that initial conversation, I will get to work on what I am going to say. If I have questions or you have ideas, we will share those over email or over the phone.
3. We will have a chat the week before the event to wrap up any last minute details and to talk integration. One of the things I see a lot of times with guest speakers is they are kind of their own thing. Just kind of plug and play. I would love to see how we can make the service I am speaking at more of an integrated whole with my piece blending seamlessly into the experience. This is when we will discuss visuals, etc.
4. I will arrive at your event early in case there are any last minute changes and to run through any technical rehearsals, etc.
5. I will participate in whatever way I can to make your event spectacular.
I grew up in the church and I love her. I want to do whatever I can to further the mission of God here in this place. One of the best ways I can do that right now is to share my gift of public speaking with more than one church. So whether you need someone to speak for a weekend retreat or someone to fill your pulpit for awhile, you can count on me. I have preached in many states, to many different audiences (small and large) and am comfortable with them all. I have over 20 years of experience in several different areas of ministry: youth, worship and preaching ministry and want to utilize that experience to make your next event the best it can be.
