Eric is a proud father of an amazing son and a beautiful daughter — the role that shaped his mission more than anything else.
Born with a physical disability, Eric underwent 16 surgeries from 6 months to 17 years old. He battled bullying, low confidence, two suicide attempts, graduating with a 1.7 GPA, and dropping out of college twice. Raised by a single mother, Eric learned firsthand what it means to fight from the bottom.
Today, that story is his superpower.
With over six years of speaking, mentoring, and coaching experience, Eric has become one of the most sought-after motivational speakers for young people, schools, programs, and educators across America. His transparency, humor, authenticity, and raw storytelling connect deeply with audiences who feel overlooked, unheard, or underestimated.

Mr. Eric Jones, Jr., came to present to the juniors and seniors in the JAG program at George Washington Community High School. Throughout Mr. Jones' presentation, he applied affirmations on how he's overcome the physical challenge he was born with. He nicely contrasted how overcoming physical barriers also apply to overcoming life's barriers. Mr. Jones shared with the students how everyone has challenges in life. He also shared how the physical challenge he was born with does not define him. According to Mr. Jones: "In life, there is a test. Maybe you don't know it's a test." He was very forthcoming with the students expressing his passion for motivating others in spite of the odds. His presentation was inspiring in the fact he provided students with the tools of opportunities for succeeding in life regardless of what they face.
