Steve Sewell is a nationally respected chaplain, counselor, and speaker with more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals and teams through seasons of change, loss, and personal or professional strain. As founder of Encouraging Hope, he provides practical, compassionate care through one-on-one sessions, small group support, and leadership training—especially in high-stress industries like hospitality, tourism, and event planning.

Known for his relatable style and real-life insight, Steve brings encouragement and emotional clarity to professionals who are often pouring out without spaces to refuel. His conference workshops, keynotes, and messages offers a fresh and honest look at how personal health and professional roles intersect—and how to recalibrate before burnout hits.
