Eli was born and raised in Kansas on a wheat farm and cattle ranch. He learned from an early age the importance of hard work, grit, determination, and resilience. When he was 17 he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He met his wife while conducting national defense operations in Washington State. He earned the rank of Sergeant in four years in the Marines. Eli has also obtained his MBA from Colorado Christian University.

After leaving the Marines he became an armed guard and later a federal law enforcement officer. Over the years, he worked in multiple positions that further shaped his leadership and character. Eventually, he returned to his true passion - teaching and equipping others - and launched his own firearms and self-defense business, RAH Tactical. The name "RAH" honors his Marine Corps heritage, being a shortened form of the famous "Oorah" war cry, while also doubling as a nod to two of his favorite things: Ribeyes And Handguns!

Eli is a devoted husband and proud father to four amazing children! He has lived a life of service - with honor and distinction as a Marine, law enforcement officer, and trainer. Most importantly, Eli's faith in Christ is the firm foundation of his life. It is what guides his family, his business, and his mission.

Today he dedicates himself to equipping others with the confidence, skills, and mindset needed to protect themselves and their loved ones. His mission is simple: to prepare everyday people to face life with courage, resilience, and strength and to live a life of courage over fear.
