Live Art -
I will bring a stand and if needed a stool, if the venue has two or one chair already great!
Guests will come by at their leisure you can book me for up to 4 hours, and I will create live portraits of each guest. Prior to the event we can collaborate if you would live the portraits on a specific letter head or I can handwrite the date/event on the portrait.

Graphic Note Taking - In advance we will discuss how long the talk, conference, or discussion is and how many poster boards you want from the event. I will have an associate with me for travel needs and next to me during the note taking. I will bring the poster board, easel, and pens.

This looks like translating talks into real time visual summaries as they happen. I work alongside academic events to capture key ideas, patterns, and connections in a way that’s easy to revisit later.
For a conferences, this could look like:
-visual summaries of talks as they unfold
-a larger “map” of the full event building over time
-simple, shareable visuals for participants afterward

During meetings or seminars, I create real time visual summaries of the discussion, capturing key ideas, themes, and takeaways in a way that’s engaging and easy to revisit afterward. It tends to work especially well for collaborative workshops, leadership sessions, brainstorming, and group discussions.
